Have a piece with a diamond larger than 0.50 ct? That stone is assessed separately through our Diamond Plus Program, while the gold itself is still evaluated as normal, so you're not leaving value on the table either way. Items need to be in reasonable condition, no significant damage, and having the original invoice on hand speeds things up, though it isn't a dealbreaker if you've long since lost it.
