Upgrade Your Natural Diamond
Let's say you've purchased a natural diamond ring from us for $10,000 (excluding taxes), we will offer you full credit for another beautiful piece from Lanka Jewels. To take advantage of this offer, select a new item valued at least 75% more than your original purchase and pay the difference.
If your diamond was purchased from another jeweller, our expert gemologist will carefully assess its value and determine your credit accordingly.
The Process
Our certified in-house Gemologist will assess the value of the jewellery piece. In order for a diamond to be eligible, it must be accompanied by its original documentation in usable condition.
A credit will then be applied to your account based on purchased or asset value. This credit will be used towards a new Lanka Jewels creation, provided the new piece is valued at least 75% more than your initial purchase.
For example, if you have previously bought a solitaire diamond ring valued at $5,000 (excluding taxes), that amount will be credited to your account. You'll then pay an extra 75% of that value, which is $3,750. This gives you a total of $8,750 to spend on a new diamond ring.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Natural diamond rings and pendants of 0.50 carat or stud earrings of 1.00 carat total weight are eligible for the Diamond Plus Program.
- Lab diamonds are not available for upgrade at this time.
- Upgrades are not available for colored gemstones, settings, and/or other jewellery.
- Upgrade credit does not include duty, shipping charges, or taxes paid on the original purchase.
- Some settings cannot accommodate a larger stone and will need to be re-made in order to do so. Additional fees regarding a new setting may apply.
- Active discounts and/or promotions cannot be applied during the upgrading process.
- Upgraded diamonds that have been purchased and set can be upgraded again at a later date. However, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Lanka Jewels retains the right to change the conditions of this program at any time.
