Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. You can opt for a refund or an exchange for a similar value product. Clearance and discounted items are non-refundable but available for exchange or credit only. Custom orders or special orders, items whose size has been changed, or the design has been altered, will not qualify for returns or in-store credit.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including:

  • Diamond Certificates
  • Care Plans
  • Guarantees
  • Any gifts with purchase (if applicable)

There are two different ways to make a return:

Online Returns Process

  1. Pack the items securely in a box in good condition.
  2. Do not write "Lanka Jewellers" on the outside of the package for security purposes.
  3. Address the package to: Service Center, 346-32555 London Avenue, Mission, BC V2V6M7.
  4. Drop it off at your nearest Canada Post service location.

Returns will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your package, but it may take up to 30 days during busy periods or depending on your financial institution.

In-Store Returns Process

  1. Visit one of our Lanka Jewels stores at 346-32555 London Avenue, Mission, BC V2V6M7.
  2. Bring the items in their original package along with the original invoice.
  3. Ensure items are in original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

* Please drop off your return within 30 days from the delivery date to qualify for a refund.

Returns will not be processed for unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages. Items damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
