There are two different ways to make a return:
Online returns
Fill out the web form for returns and exchanges
- Complete the return form and indicate the products you are going to return, giving your order number and postal code. Follow the indicated steps.
- Prepare your package
Pack the items you want to return in a box in good condition and which is securely sealed. Please ensure to properly address your package. For security purposes, do not write Lanka Jewels anywhere on the outside of your package. Write Service Center, 346-32555 London Avenue, Mission, BC V2V6M7. Lanka Jewels is not liable/responsible for any lost or returned packages sent not completely sealed or taped. - Once you have prepared your package, bring it to your closest Canada Post service location.
- After receiving your package, we’ll approve your return if everything is in its original, unworn, unaltered condition. We aim to process all returned orders within 15 business days on receiving your package, however this may take up to 30 working days during the busier times of the year or even your financial institution.
In-store returns
- Go to one of our Lanka Jewels store at 346-32555 London Avenue, Mission, BC V2V6M7.
- Return the items in store
The items need to be in the original package, with their original invoice and be in their original, unworn, unaltered condition.
*For both options, make sure to have your return dropped off within 30 days from when you receive your order to receive your refund.
Returns will not be processed for any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages and will be returned to the sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
