Lanka Jewels COVID-19 showroom protocol
With the 'second wave' now here, we have taken extra precautions to ensure the safety of you and our staff.
Masks are mandatory while visiting our showroom; for security reasons, refrain from wearing one until you have passed through our second set of doors.
Sanitizing your hands prior to entering the store and trying on any jewelry is a must. We have hand sanitizing stations at the second door and through out the store. To maintain social distancing, we are currently allowing a maximum of 6 customers in our showroom at a time - if you don't get buzzed in right away please know, we aren't ignoring you.
All "essential" watch service such as batteries, link removals & strap replacement will take 2-3 business days as we have to take extra precautions to sanitize each watch. If you are planning to drop off a repair or would like to purchase a special piece, we encourage that you book an appointment in advance.
